C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-011
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE
P URCHASE OF AN A DDITIONAL S IDEWALK M ACHINE
WITH A TTACHMENTS (SRP2015-01)
WHEREAS, the approved 2015 General Fund Surplus budget includes funds for an additional
sidewalk machine with attachments; and
WHEREAS, the City may make purchases off of the State of Minnesota contracts; and
WHEREAS, Macqueen Equipment has a contract with the state for a sidewalk machine
meeting the city’s specifications, Contract #107041; and
WHEREAS, a quote was received from Glenridge Inc. for the specifications for the snow-walker.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the purchase of one current model sidewalk machine with attachments from
Macqueen Equipment for $153,347 and snow-walker from Glenridge Inc. in the amount of $12,000 for
the purchase of is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that funding shall be from the 2015 General Fund Surplus (400-90-
940-94000-8100.500).
