C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-010
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING W ORK O RDERS N O. 7 THROUGH 20
FOR V ICKSBURG L ANE R ECONSTRUCTION AND E XPANSION P ROJECT (16001)
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 7 is to replace a water service; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 8 is for additional sanitary sewer work; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 9 is for the installation of new fire hydrants; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 10 is to replace conduit for irrigation under 60th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 11 is for channel excavation from two flared end sections to the
receiving water body; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 12 is for replacement of subgrade soils that became saturated
during testing; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 13 is for stabilization of the trail in an area of poor soils and
connection of an existing sump discharge into the street draintile system; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 14 is for the installation of guardrail on Bridge No. 27B99; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 15 is to provide material to match the existing material at all gravel
driveways impacted on the project; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 16 is to install landscape rock behind the existing large modular
block retaining walls; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 17 is for modifications to the traffic control plan; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 18 is to raise the elevation of an existing hydrant to match the new
grade; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 19 is to adjust the location of APS pushbuttons, install an additional
APS push button, and to replace three EVP detectors; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 20 is to stain the large modular block retaining wall from project
15001 (Vicksburg Lane Reconstruction and Expansion Project).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Work Orders No. 7 through 20 in the total amount of $67,448.23 are approved.
