C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-007
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A MENDMENTS TO THE W ILDLIFE M ANAGEMENT P OLICY
WHEREAS, the City frequently updates policies; and
WHEREAS, the policy was last revised in 2006 and only includes geese management; and
WHEREAS, the proposed policy is more inclusive of wildlife concerns in Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety and Parks & Recreation Department staff recommends the
updated policy which align with current and best management practices and meets requirements
set forth by the Department of Natural Resources.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that amendments to the Wildlife Management Policy are approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 10th day of January, 2017.
