R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-386
R ESOLUTION A UTHORIZING THE M AYOR AND C ITY C LERK TO SIGN THE L AND S URVEYOR
C ERTIFICATE OF C ORRECTION FOR C AMELOT N INE AT B EGIN (2016009-F)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes Sec. 505.174, a licensed land
surveyor has prepared a Land Surveyor’s Certificate of Correction; and,
WHEREAS, the Land Surveyor’s Certificate of Correction as prepared now indicates the
corrected width and delta for the drainage and utility easement along Lots 10 and 11, Block 1 of the
plat for Camelot Nine at Begin that was recorded on October 14, 2016 in the office of the County
Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota as Document No. 10368389.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the Land Surveyor’s Certificate
of Correction for Camelot Nine at Begin.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 13th day of December, 2016.
