ACTION REQUESTED: Staff solicited applications from residents who were interested in serving on committees and watershed districts. The application deadline was November 14. Following the interviews, the Council will discuss the following items:  Resolution appointing individuals to boards and commissions  Resolution appointing 2017 Council Coordinating Representatives  Resolution appointing Deputy Mayor for 2017 The above appointments will be made at the December 13 regular Council meeting. 2.
