R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-361
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING O N-S ALE L IQUOR AND S UNDAY L IQUOR
L ICENSE A PPLICATIONS OF N ORTHWOODS E NTERTAINMENT, LLC D/B/A
E MAGINE W ILLOW C REEK, 9900 S HELARD P ARKWAY
WHEREAS, Northwoods Entertainmnet, LLC d/b/a Emagine Willow Creek, has submitted on-sale
liquor and Sunday liquor license applications for property located at 9900 Shelard Parkway; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted the background investigation and has found no
reason to deny the license; and
WHEREAS, issuance of the licenses is contingent upon the City Clerk receiving the following:
A. Certificate of Occupancy from the City’s Building Division;
B. Restaurant License from Hennepin County Health Department.
C. Payment of pro-rated license fee in the amount of $1,407.
D. Certificates of liquor liability and workers compensation insurance coverage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the on-sale liquor and Sunday liquor license applications of Northwoods
Entertainment, LLC d/b/a Emagine Willow Creek, 9900 Shelard Parkway, for a license period to expire
January 31, 2017 are approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 29th day of November, 2016.
