R ESOLUTION A PPROVING R EVISED P RELIMINARY P LAT FOR C REEKSIDE H ILLS L OCATED
N ORTH OF H IGHWAY 55 ALONG THE W ESTERN B ORDER OF P LYMOUTH (2013 020)
WHEREAS, Creekside Hills Development, Inc. has requested approval of a revised preliminary plat
for Creekside Hills, for property presently legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Creekside Hills; and
WHEREAS, the revisions would reduce the number of single-family lots from 156 to 142, and
would reduce the number of retaining walls needed within the development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Creekside Hills Development, Inc. for
a revised preliminary plat for Creekside Hills, subject to the following conditions:
1. A revised preliminary plat is hereby approved, in accordance with the plans received by the city on
November 21, 2016, except as may be amended by this resolution.
2. All other conditions of Resolution 2013-168 approving the original preliminary plat shall remain in
full force.
3. This approval shall expire one year after the date of approval, unless the property owner or applicant
has applied for final plat approval, or unless the applicant, with the consent of the property owner,
has received prior approval from the city to extend the expiration date for up to one additional year,
as regulated under section 510 of city code.
