R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-354
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING F INAL P AYMENT FOR P ARKERS L AKE T ENNIS
C OURT R EHABILITATION P ROJECT (PRK40059)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, as owner, and Bituminous Roadways, the contractor, have
entered into an agreement for the Parkers Lake Tennis Court Rehabilitation Project (PRK40059), and said
agreement was approved by the City Council on February 23, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the Bituminous Roadways has submitted a request for final payment in the
amount of $10,879.75, for a cumulative payment of $217,595; and
WHEREAS, Fred Kolkmann Tennis & Sport Surfaces, LLC and City staff has reviewed and
accepted the work on this project; and
WHEREAS, the Parkers Lake Tennis Court Rehabilitation Project (PRK40059) includes the
Bituminous Roadways rehabilitation contract, change order adjustments and Fred Kolkmann
consultant fees for a total of $231,945 from the Park Dedication Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the final payment to Bituminous Roadways in the amount of $10,879.75 for a
cumulative payment of $217,595, is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 29th day of November, 2016.
