R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-352
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING F INAL P AYMENT FOR A SPEN R IDGE P ARK P LAYGROUND
AND S AFETY S URFACING (PRK40070)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, as owner, and Landscape Structures, the contractor, have
entered into an agreement for the Aspen Ridge Park playground and safety surfacing (PRK40070), and
said agreement was approved by the City Council on March 22, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the contractor has submitted a request for final payment in the amount of
$29,577.14, for a cumulative payment of $147,885.74; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed and accepted the work on this project; and
WHEREAS, the Aspen Ridge Park project (PRK40070) includes the Landscape Structures
contract for the playground, delivery, installation and safety surfacing of $147,885.74 from the Park
Dedication Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the final payment for the Aspen Ridge Park playground and safety surfacing to
Landscape Structures in the amount of $29,577.14 for a cumulative payment of $147,885.74, is
approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 29th day of November, 2016.
