C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-332
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE 400 P ROJECT G RANT FOR
10905 S TATE H IGHWAY 55 (S TATION 73)
WHEREAS, The 400 Project is a cost-share program to assist construction projects in reducing
impervious surface and exceeding water quality requirements; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County approved funding in the amount of $50,000 to support the
implementation of reinforced turf and/or porous pavement technologies through The 400
Project; and
WHEREAS, this project meets grant criteria as set forth for The 400 Project; and
WHEREAS, a grant application has been prepared in reference to The 400 Project and 10905
State Highway 55 (Station 73).
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council hereby approves the Grant as presented; and
2. Funding shall be:
a. Hennepin County: $13,745
b. Plymouth Water Resources Fund: $4,585
APPROVED by the City Council on this 25th day of October, 2016.
