R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-326
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING R EVISIONS TO THE
S NOW R EMOVAL FROM T RAILS AND S IDEWALKS P OLICY
WHEREAS, the City frequently updates policies; and
WHEREAS, the Parks & Recreation Department staff recommends revisions to the Snow
Removal from Trails and Sidewalks Policy to be consistent with the changes that were made in
September 2013 with the Policy on the Removal of Snow and Ice from the City Maintained Street
System.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA approves the revisions to the Policy on Snow Removal from Trails and Sidewalks.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 25th day of October, 2016.
