R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-321
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE F IRST A MENDMENT TO
C ITY M ANAGER’S E MPLOYMENT A GREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council has evaluated the performance of the City Manager for the period
covering July 2015 through July 2016; and
WHEREAS, the performance of the City Manager exceeded or met standards; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to provide a compensation package that is competitive and
commensurate with the City Manager’s contribution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the first amendment to the city manager’s employment agreement is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 11th day of October, 2016.
