R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-318
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE F EASIBILITY R EPORT AND THE
C OOPERATIVE A GREEMENT WITH THE
B ASSETT C REEK W ATERSHED M ANAGEMENT C OMMISSION FOR THE
P LYMOUTH C REEK S TREAM R ESTORATION P ROJECT (16007)
WHEREAS, a feasibility report has been prepared by the Bassett Creek Watershed Management
Commission for the Plymouth Creek Stream Restoration Project and said feasibility report has been
presented to the City Council for approval; and
WHEREAS, a Cooperative Agreement has been prepared by the Bassett Creek Watershed
Management Commission in reference to the Plymouth Creek Stream Restoration Project.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that:
1. Such Feasibility Report, a copy of which is on file in the City Engineer’s office and made a part
hereof, is approved.
2. The Cooperative Agreement with the Bassett Creek Watershed Management Commission is
approved and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the agreement on the
City’s behalf.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 11th day of October, 2016.
