R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-313
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE F RIST A MENDMENT TO T RANSIT S ERVICES C ONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and First Transit have a Transit Services agreement that was entered
into on July 12, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the initial performance bond requirements were higher than industry standards; and
WHEREAS, both parties agree to amending performance bond requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that
the First Amendment to the Transit Services Contract is approved.
Approved by the City Council on this 27th day of September, 2016.
