R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-312
R ESOLUTION R ATIFYING R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-01 A DOPTED BY THE
P LYMOUTH E CONOMIC D EVELOPMENT A UTHORITY
WHEREAS, on June 21, 2016 the Plymouth Economic Development Authority (EDA) adopted
Resolution No. 2016-01 which approved the basic organization of the EDA, including appointment of
officers and adoption of Bylaws; and
WHEREAS, per Article IV, Section 3, all items approved by the EDA must be ratified by the City
Council before taking effect.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Resolution No. 2016-01 adopted by the Plymouth Economic Development Authority on
June 21, 2016 is ratified.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 27th day of September, 2016.
