R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-311
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING C HANGE O RDERS AND F INAL P AYMENT FOR THE N ORTHWEST
G REENWAY T RAIL FROM V ICKSBURG L ANE E AST (PRK40012)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, as owner, and Rosti Construction, as contractor, have entered
into an agreement for the construction of the Northwest Greenway Trail project (PRK40012), and said
agreement was approved by the City Council on March 24, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the contractor has submitted a request for final payment in the amount of $3,747.24,
for a cumulative payment of $500,896.84; and
WHEREAS, the City’s consultant has certified their acceptance of the work; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed and accepted all work on this project; and
WHEREAS, the Northwest Greenway project (PRK40012) was authorized at $700,000
utilizing Park Dedication Funds. The overall project provided for Rosti Construction contract work
of $500,896.84, consultant fees and miscellaneous site amenities. With the change orders and final
payment to Rosti Construction, the overall project cost is $657,277.07, which is $42,722.93 under
budget.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the final payment for the construction of the Northwest Greenway Trail project to
Rosti Construction in the amount $3,747.24, for a cumulative payment of $500,896.84 is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 27th day of September, 2016.
