R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-306
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A GREEMENT WITH H ENNEPIN C OUNTY FOR
C OST P ARTICIPATION FOR A D ESIGN S TUDY AT R OCKFORD R OAD AT I-494
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and Hennepin County wish to jointly proceed with a
design concept study at the Rockford Road at I-494 interchange; and
WHEREAS, a Cooperative Agreement for Cost Participation in a Design Concept Study
has been prepared, Hennepin County Agreement No. PW 60-17-16; and
WHEREAS, SRF Consulting Group has been hired by the City to perform the study in the
amount of $38,300, which will be split equally between the County and City.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that:
1. Agreement No. PW 60-17-16 with the County is approved and the Mayor and City Manager
are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
2. Funding for the City’s estimated $19,150 share of this project shall be from the Street
Reconstruction Fund.
