R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE R EVISED
W ETLAND R EPLACEMENT P LAN A PPLICATION FOR
W OOD C REST 2 ND A DDITION
WHEREAS, Landmark Development, LLC has submitted a wetland replacement plan to the City
of Plymouth replacing impacted wetlands for the Wood Crest 2nd Addition development at a 2:1 ratio;
and
WHEREAS, the proposed plan replaces the previously approved submittal for on-site
mitigation; and
WHEREAS, Landmark Development, LLC proposes to purchase 3,585 square feet of
wetland credits from wetland bank #1444; and
WHEREAS, the replacement plan meets the requirements of the Wetland Conservation Act.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the filling of wetlands and the Wetland Replacement Plan application for the Wood
Crest 2nd Addition development is approved and subject to the following condition:
1. The developer shall submit a fully executed Application for Withdrawal of Wetland Credits
from the Minnesota Wetland Bank.
