R ESOLUTION A PPROVING O N-S ALE L IQUOR AND S UNDAY L IQUOR
L ICENSE A PPLICATIONS OF O KINAWA I NC. D/B/A O KINAWA,
3155 E MPIRE L ANE N ORTH
WHEREAS, Okinawa Inc. d/b/a Okinawa, has submitted on-sale liquor and Sunday liquor license
applications for property located at 3155 Empire Lane North; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted the background investigation and has found no
reason to deny the license; and
WHEREAS, required certificates of insurance and investigation and pro-rated license fees have
been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the on-sale liquor and Sunday liquor license applications of Okinawa Inc. d/b/a
Okinawa, for property located at 3155 Empire Lane, are approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 13th day of September, 2016.
