R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-281
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A PPLICATION OF N ORTHWOODS E NTERTAINMENT LLC
FOR AN A MUSEMENT L ICENSE AT W ILLOW C REEK 12 T HEATRE
WHEREAS, Muller Family Theaters recently sold Willow Creek Theatre, 9900 Shelard Parkway, to
Northwoods Entertainment LLC; and
WHEREAS, Northwoods Entertainment LLC desires to continue operating this business as a
theatre; and
WHEREAS, Northwoods Entertainment LLC has made application for an Amusement License.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application of Northwoods Entertainment LLC for an Amusement
License at Willow Creek 12 Theatre, 9900 Shelard Parkway, is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 13th day of September, 2016.
