R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-274
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING W ORK O RDERS N O. 22 THROUGH 25
FOR P EONY L ANE N ORTH OF S CHMIDT L AKE R OAD (10015)
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 22 is payment for additional traffic control to provide additional
guidance and safety for the traveling public; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 23 is for slope changes for maintenance and emergency vehicle
access to existing sanitary sewer manholes along Peony Lane; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 24 is for additional construction signs that were specially made and
not included in the contract; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 25 is for marker posts with sign plates for all off-road valves and
manholes for ease if identification.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Work Orders No. 22 through 25 in the amount of $38,845.23 are approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 23rd day of August, 2016.
