ORDINANCE NO. 2016-22
ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE
TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 14800 COUNTY ROAD 47 (2016040)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (future restricted development) to RSF-2 (single family detached 2) with
respect to the roughly 5.28 -acre site presently addressed as 14800 County Road 47, and presently
legally described as follows:
That part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 118, Range
22, lying North of the centerline of County Road No. 47, except the North 1062.41 feet
and also except the West 675.10 feet. Along with and subject to an easement for road
puposes over the East 60.00 feet of the West 705.10 feet of said West Half of the
Northeast Quarter lying North of said County Road.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the Plymouth City Council this 9th day of August, 2016.
