R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-259
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING O FF-S ALE L IQUOR L ICENSE AND
O FF-S ALE 3.2 M ALT L IQUOR L ICENSE FOR F RESH T HYME L IQUOR
AND F RESH T HYME F ARMERS M ARKET
WHEREAS, the City has received applications from Lakes Venture, LLC, for an off-sale liquor
license at Fresh Thyme Liquor, and a 3.2 malt liquor license, for Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, located
at 15760 32nd Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted their background investigation and has found
no reason to deny the applications.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the applications received from Lakes Venture, LLC, for an off-sale liquor license at
Fresh Thyme Liquor, and a 3.2 malt liquor license, for Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, located at 15760
32nd Avenue North, for a license period expiring January 31, 2017, are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the issuance of the liquor licenses is contingent upon the following:
1. Applicant receiving the Certificate of Occupancy from the City’s Building Division.
2. Applicant paying the pro-rated license fees to the City.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 9th day of August, 2016.
