C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-258
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING O FF-S ALE L IQUOR L ICENSE FOR T ARGET C ORPORATION
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off-sale liquor license from Target
Corporation, d/b/a Target Store T-0664, located at 4175 Vinewood Lane North; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted their background investigation and has found
no reason to deny the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the off-sale liquor license application from Target Corporation, d/b/a Target Store T-
0664, located at 4175 Vinewood Lane North, for a license period expiring January 31, 2017, is
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the issuance of the liquor license is contingent upon the following:
1. Applicant receiving the Certificate of Occupancy from the City’s Building Division.
2. Applicant paying the pro-rated license fee to the City.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 9th day of August, 2016.
