R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-246
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING C HANGE O RDER 1 FOR THE
O LD R OCKFORD R OAD O VERLAY (16005) & T RAIL P ROJECT (40063)
WHEREAS, Change Order 1 has been prepared to install conduit on the Old Rockford Road
Overlay & Trail Project; and
WHEREAS, Change Order 1 for the Old Rockford Road Overlay & Trail Project is recommended
for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Change Oder 1 for the Old Rockford Road Overlay & Trail Project is approved by
adding $14,181.20 as follows:
Original Contract amount $731,324.49
Change Order 1 – Add $14,181.20
Revised contract amount $745,505.69
FURTHERMORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the funding for this project shall be from the
Street Reconstruction Fund in the amount of $434,257.75, the Park Dedication Fund in the amount of
$197,066.74, a Hennepin County Grant in the amount of $100,000.00, and the Wayzata School District
in the amount of $14,181.20.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 9th day of August, 2016.
