R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-245
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A MENDMENT N UMBER 1 TO THE M ASTER L EASE A GREEMENT
BETWEEN THE M ETROPOLITAN C OUNCIL AND THE C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and the Metropolitan Council have a lease agreement that was entered
into on December 2, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council seeks to make changes to its training requirements; and
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council has amended the agreement and required subrecipients to accept
these changes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Amendment No. 1 to the Master Lease Agreement between the Metropolitan Council and the
City of Plymouth is approved.
Approved by the City Council on this 9th day of August, 2016.
