R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-244
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING F IRST A MENDMENT TO THE
M APLE C REEK M EADOWS D EVELOPMENT C ONTRACT
WHEREAS, Lawndale 47, LLC, the developer of Maple Creek Meadows, has requested to extend
public water and sewer from Maple Creek Meadows to 5945 Troy Lane; and
WHEREAS, the work is proposed by the developer to avoid disrupting new infrastructure
installed with the new Preserve at Meadow Ridge development; and
WHEREAS, the City shall reimburse Lawndale 47, LLC for the trunk watermain, which is
estimated at $46,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the first amendment to the Maple Creek Meadows (2015040) development contract is
approved and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the agreement.
