R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-243
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING M AINTENANCE A GREEMENTS WITH
ISD 281 AND ISD 284 FOR F ILTRATION B ASINS AT
A RMSTRONG AND W AYZATA H IGH S CHOOLS
WHEREAS, Armstrong and Wayzata High Schools have both submitted a grading permit to
improve their baseball fields to allow for better drainage; and
WHEREAS, to meet the City’s water quality requirement both schools are installing an iron
enhanced filtration basin; and
WHEREAS, the maintenance of these basins shall be the responsibility of each school district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the maintenance agreements with ISD 281 and ISD 284 for filtration basins at
Armstrong and Wayzata High Schools are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the
agreements.
