R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A GREEMENT WITH THE
M INNESOTA D EPARTMENT OF T RANSPORTATION FOR
S TORM S EWER I NSTALLATION WITHIN K ILMER L ANE AND 24 TH A VENUE N ORTH
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth desires to enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 1001920
with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for payment by the City to the State of the City’s share of the costs of the
storm sewer construction and other associated construction to be performed upon,
along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 169 from north of 23rd Avenue to south of
Medicine Lake Boulevard with the corporate City limits under State Project No. 2772-
111 (T.H. 169).
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that:
1. Agreement No. 1001920 with the MnDOT is approved and the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
2. Funding for the City’s estimated $120,000 share of this project shall be from the Water
Resources Fund.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 9th day of August, 2016.
