R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-236
R ESOLUTION A CCEPTING D ONATION OF F ITNESS E QUIPMENT
WHEREAS, participation in the Police Department’s physical fitness initiative has grown and to
accommodate this growth, there is a need for additional fitness equipment; and
WHEREAS, this equipment will enhance the physical health of members of the
department; and
WHEREAS, Torque Fitness desires to donate commercial grade fitness equipment to be
used in the Plymouth Public Safety Fitness Area.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the donation of fitness equipment from Torque Fitness is hereby accepted.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 9th day of August, 2016.
