ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT AND NEAR 4240 BROCKTON LANE NORTH

THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the city code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (future restricted development) to RSF-3 (single-family 3) for the
property described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1, Busch Properties North, Hennepin County, Minnesota. And, the south
287.70 feet of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 18, Township
118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 24th day of May, 2016.
