R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-181
R ESOLUTION O RDERING I MPROVEMENT FOR THE
2016 P UBLIC W ORKS M ILL AND O VERLAY P ROJECT P HASE 2 (16019)
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a resolution on the 26th day of April, 2016, which fixed a
date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of the streets southeast of Northwest
Boulevard and southwest of West Medicine Lake Drive including 31st and 32nd Avenue, and Pineview
and Quinwood Lanes in the subdivision known as Heritage Ridge Plat Two by edge mill and overlay of
bituminous pavement, and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, a minimum ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing
was given, and the hearing was held thereon the 24th day of May, 2016, at which all persons desiring to
be heard will be given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted April
26, 2016.
2. The City Council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the
improvement from the proceeds of the tax exempt bond.
