R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-175
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING O FF-S ALE L IQUOR A PPLICATION FOR
R AGMA I NC. C ORPORATION, D/B/A P ARADISE L IQUORS, 12 N ATHAN L ANE N ORTH
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off-sale liquor license from Ragma Inc.
Corporation, d/b/a Paradise Liquors, 12 Nathan Lane North; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the off-sale liquor application for Ragma Inc. Corporation, d/b/a Paradise Liquors, 12
Nathan Lane North, for a license period through January 31, 2017, is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 24th day of May, 2016.
