R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-171
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING T OBACCO L ICENSE A PPLICATION FOR
AMBE, LLC, D/B/A F REEDOM V ALU, 4140 B ERKSHIRE L ANE N ORTH
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a Tobacco License for AMBE, LLC, d/b/a
Freedom Valu, 4140 Berkshire Lane North; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
documentation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Tobacco License application for AMBE, LLC, d/b/a Freedom Valu, 4140 Berkshire
Lane North, for a license period to expire December 31, 2016, is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 24th day of May, 2016.
