R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-168
A PPROVING A O NE-Y EAR E XTENSION OF THE P RELIMINARY P LAT A PPROVAL
FOR “C REEKSIDE H ILLS” (2013020)
WHEREAS, Gonyea Development has requested a one-year extension of the preliminary plat
approval that was granted for property legally described a Lot 1, Block 1, Creekside Hills.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Gonyea Development for a one-
year extension of the preliminary plat approval granted for Creekside Hills, subject to the following
conditions:
1. A one-year extension of the preliminary plat is hereby granted, subject to the conditions
listed in Resolution No. 2013-168 approved on May 28, 2013, as previously administratively
extended.
2. The preliminary plat approval shall now expire on May 28, 2017.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 24th day of May, 2016.
