R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-166
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING T OBACCO L ICENSE FOR
R AGMA I NC. C ORPORATION, D/B/A P ARADISE L IQUOR, 12 N ATHAN L ANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a Tobacco License for Ragma Inc.
Corporation, d/b/a Paradise Liquor, 12 Nathan Lane; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
documentation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Tobacco License application for Ragma Inc. Corporation, d/b/a
Paradise Liquor, 12 Nathan Lane, for a license period expiring December 31, 2016, is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 24th day of May, 2016.
