C ITY C ODE TO C LASSIFY C ERTAIN L AND L OCATED AT AND N EAR 5635 Y UCCA LANE,
AND TO E STABLISH A P LANNED U NIT D EVELOPMENT D ISTRICT (2016009)
Ordinance No. 2016-16 amends Chapter 21 (Zoning Ordinance) of the City Code to Classify
Certain Land “Begin Oaks” located at and near 5635 Yucca Lane, and to establish a Planned Unit
Development District (2016009).
A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection at the City Clerk’s Office during
regular office hours.
