R ESOLUTION A PPROVING T RADE N AME C HANGE FOR T OBACCO AND
3.2 O FF-S ALE M ALT L IQUOR L ICENSES FOR R AINBOW F OODS #1566 TO
C UB F OODS #1566 AT 16705 C OUNTY R OAD 24
WHEREAS, SuperValu is the owner of a store located at 16705 County Road 24; and
WHEREAS, effective June 1, 2016, the trade name of this store will change from
Rainbow Foods #1566 to Cub Foods #1566; and
WHEREAS, the trade name on the Tobacco and 3.2 Off-Sale Malt Liquor licenses for this
location will be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the trade name change for Tobacco and 3.2 Off-Sale Malt Liquor Licenses for Rainbow
Foods #1566 to Cub Foods #1566 at 16705 County Road 24 is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 10th day of May, 2016.
