RESOLUTION 94- 823
AUTHORIZING THE -AMENDMENT AND REALLOCATION OF FISCAL YEAR 1994CObMM'TY DBVBIAP RENT BLACK GRANT (CDBG) BUDGET, FUND 232
WHBRBAS, the CDBG eligible expenses for the South Shore Park project have been determined tobe $17,853.78 in excess of the amount currently specified in the CDBG budgets; and,
WHEREAS, additional CDBG eligible expenses of $7,100 for accessibility projects at PlymouthCreekandParker's lake )Larks have been identified by the City's Park and Recreation Department; and,
WHEREAS, unexpended funding authority is available within the HRA's CDBG Budget, Fund232, for reallocation 1,3 the•afonememioned projects; and,
WHEREAS, the total amount to be reallocated, $24,953.78, does not constitute a significant
change in the CDBG Budget and therefore does not require a public hearing prior to approval; and,
WHMUM, the HRA in and for the City of Plymouth, at its November 16, 1994 board meeting,
atter review of staff recommendations did determine the aforementioned expenditures to be an
appropriate use of CDBG funds in accordance with federal guidelines and recommended that the
Plymouth City Council amend the Piwal Year 1994 CDBG Budget to reflect those changes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Fiscal Year 1994 CDBG Budget, Fund 232, be amended to
reflect the reallocation of program expenditures, including $82,000 from prior year CDBG
funding, as follows:
First Time Homebuyers 116,000.00
Rehab Private Dwellings 45,000.00
Child Cane Assistance 30,000.00
C.A.S.H. 10,000.00
Plym. Park & Recreation 10,000.00
Plym. Park Accessibility 60,000.00
South Shone Park
