RESOLUTION 94 297
APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO SERVE ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
PLYMOUTH HOUSING ALLIANCE
Wi18RBAS, the bylaws drafted by Steve Kruger of Best and Flanagan who is acting in the
role of incorporator for the Plymouth Housing Alliance, states that the Board of Directors shaff
consist of no fewer than five (5) persons and that those directors shall be elected by resolution
adopted by the Plymouth City Council; and,
WHEREAS, two persons have left the Board and th.-ee new persons have agreed to serve for a
period of at least one year on the Board of Directors of the Plymouth Housing Alliance,
NOW, 1WWWORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, NDWESOTA, that John Homme, Dale Hallen and Jo Buchanen be
appointed to serve on the Board of Directors for the Plymouth Housing Alliance for a period
of at least one year beginning May 16, 1994.
Adopted by the City Council on May 16, 1994.
