RESOLUTION 94 - 153
WHEREAS, recent public attention in the metropolitan region has focused on the
availability of affordable housing for all income levels in urban and suburban areas; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth would benefit from an objective study of the
availability of affordable housing in the City, so that future plans and strategies can be
developed;
WHEREAS, such a study would benefit from the input of the Housin# and
Redevelopment Authority and the Human Rights Commission;
NOW, THBREFORB, BB IT RESOLVED that the Citi Council of Plymouth,
Minnesota does hereby direct staff to study the availability of affordable housing in
Plymouth and to seek the input of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority and of the
Human .Rights Commission, and to report back to the City Council as soon as practicable.
