HRA RESOLUTION 9413
RECOMIdENDING REALLOCATION OF FISCAL YEAR 1994 COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth Housing and. Redevelopment Authority (HRA) has been
informed that the Hennepin Technical College (HTC) will. be unable to expend its 1994 CDEG
allocation of $61,000 in a timely fashion; and,
wHEREAS, on September 28, 1994, the Plymouth HRA held a duly constituted public
hearing to allow interested parties to express their opinion; and,
WHEREAS, the HRA of the City of Plymouth has reviewed staff recommendations and has
determined the following to be an appropriate use of CDBG funds in accordance with federal
guidelines; and,
NOW, THEHWORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that
the Housing Authority recommends the Plymouth City Council reallocate Fiscal Year 1994
CDBG funds from the HTC activity to the First Time Homebuyer Loan and Development
activity.
