APPROVING CHANGE TO AMEND PLYMOUTH'S CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN
WHBREAS . the City of Plymouth has previously approved a citizen participation plan; and,
WHEREAS, the second paragraph under Item 4, second sentence reads as follows: "One
meeting will be held in July to get citizens' views prior to a decision by staff as to their
recommendation of use of CDBG money."; and,
WHEREAS, it seems appropriate to hold this meeting at any of the HRA meetings bold in
June, July or August;
NOW, TORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AND
REDEVEIAPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that.
an amendment be authorized to delete the word "July" and be replaced by the phrase "the
summer months prior to the fall public hearing meeting".
Adopted by the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authodty on July 21, 1994.
