RBCOMMIMING APPROVING TO AMlM PLYMOUTH'S FIRST TIME
HOMEBUYER PROGRAM 1994 GUIDBLUM
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has previously approved the 1994 Plymouth First Time
Hom buyer Program Guidelines; and
WHBRBAS, an issue has been raised regarding whether the City should be responsible to
appraise property as to loan -to -value requirement'; and,
WIH.FJW, the City Assessor has advised that City assessors and appraisers are prohibited
from making appraisals or analyses in the jurisdiction in which they are employed;
NOW, TORE, BE IT KMWY RBSOIVED BY THE HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMEdf AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that
an amendment be authorized to delete the responsibility to 'appraise property as to loan -to-
value requirement' from the City/HRA Responsibilities and moved to the Lender's
Responsibilities.
