Rh3QUBSTII iG THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL TO TAKE ACTION TO SECURE TAX
FORFlRTfJRB LOT 26, BLOCK 1 PINE RIDGE AT BASS LAKE
VAMEAS, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority has recently become aware
that Lot 26, Block 1 Pine Ridge at Bass Lake has become tax forfeited property; and,
WHEREAS, this vacant parcel would be well Suited for construction of an affordable single
family residence; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has authority to notify Hennepin County that the City of
Plymouth has an interest in the property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVE) BY THE HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MDOMSOTA, that
the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority requests that the City Council notify
Hennepin County prior to June 7, 1994 that the City of Plymouth will accept ownership of the
tax forfeited parcel known as Lot 26, Block 1 Pine Ridge at Bass Labe all in Hennepin
County.
Adopted by the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority on April 21, 1994.
