R13COMENDING THE USE OF THE VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR BY THE
PLYMOUTH HOUSING ALLIANCE TO MCRUIT VOLUNTEERS
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Housing Alliance wisps to use the City's Volunteer Coordinator's
help in recruiting more volunteers to assist the Plymouth Housing Alliance board to achieve
their goals; and,
VAMEAS, the present job policy for the Vohmtm Coordinator requires that volunteers
report to City staff and that modifying this arrangement to allow volunteers to report to the
Plymouth Housing Alliance board would assist the board by providing them with additional
help and eliminate the need for City housing staff to be involved with monitoring volunteers'
activities,
NOW, T MWMORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLYMOIrM, b9NNESOTA, that
the Housing Authority recommends the Plymouth City Council approves using the Volunteer
Coordinator to recruit volunteers for the Plymouth Housing Alliance and that the volunteers
recruited report to the Plymouth Housing Alliance board.
Further, that this arrangement be reviewed by the City CjunW on or before August 1, 1994.
Adopted by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority on March 17, 1994.
