RECOM ENDING PROPOSED ANM DNIENT TO THE 1994 CITY BUDGET FOR
FUND 234
wIIBRBAs, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority has discussed ways to
improve the more tidy expenditure of Community Development Block Grant funds, to
continue regular staff monitoring of Plymouth Towne Square, and to Plan more
conscientiously to address the issues of providing more affordable housing in Plymouth; and,
WHEREAS, it was agreed that the housing division of :lee Community Development
Departments lacks adequate personnel to meet the increased demands to pursue these and other
housing related issues effectively;
NOW, IMMM , BE IT HSREBY RBSOLVIID BY TIM HOUSWG AND
RBDBvELOpmENT AUTHORITY OF THE C1TY OF PLYMOUTH, 11D MBSOTA, that
the Housing Authority recommends the Plymouth City Council amend the 1994 City BudgetforFund234toincludetheadditionofanewsupervisorypositionandahousinginterntothe
Community Development Department staff to be hired as soon as is feasible.
Adopted by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority on March 17, 1994.
