RECOMMENDING RE -ALLOCATION OF FISCAL YEAR 1994 COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth for Fiscal Year 1994 has been informed by the Department
Of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that it expend its Community Development Block
Grant funds in a more timely fashion; and,
WHEREAS, on Manch 17, 1994, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority held a
regular meeting to discuss ways to expend funds more promptly and in accordance with federal
guidelines;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M MOTA, that
the Housing Authority recommends the Plymouth City Council reallocate the Fiscal Year
1994 Community Development Block Grant funds as follo-vs:
1. Rehabilitation of Private Dwellings
a. Administration of Activity $ 3,000
b. Grants/loans to homeowners $ 42.000
Subtotal $ 45,000
2. Child Care Assistance
a. Administration of Activity $ 1,000
b. Child Care Assistance $ 29.000
Subtotal $ 30,000
3. Scattered Site Homeownership
