APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH WAIX33R MANAGEMENT, INC. FOR MANAGEM33NT OF
PLYMOUTH TOWNE SQUAR"
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority wishes to enter into a Property
Management Agreement with Walker Management, Inc. to provide for administrative and
management services of its new senior housing project known as Plymouth Towne Square;
and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to enter into this agreement in order to describe and define the
work and services expected to be performed by Walker Management, Inc. at Plymouth Towne
Square;
WIE R AS, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority has directed the Executive
Director to review the agreement drafted by the City Attorney and shown as Attachment A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING ANDREDEVELOPMENTAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFPLYMOUTH, MINNESTA
WalkershouldandherebydoesapprovethePropertyManagementAgreement
Management, Inc. for management of Plymouth Towne Square.
FURTHER, the Chairman and Executive .Director are hereby authorized to execute the
agreement.
