APPROVING ADMISSIONS AND OCCUPANCY POLICIES TO INCLUDE A PBT
POLICY AND SBCURrrY DEPOSIT POLICY FOR USE AT PLYMOUTH TOWNE
SQUARE
WiffitBAS, the Housing and Redevelopmcet Authority has an agreement with Walloer
Management to provide various services including the drafting of an Admissions and
Occupancy Policies; and
WHEREAS, a draft Admission and Occupancy Policies, shown as Attachment A, including
Pet policies (Attachment B) and Security Deposit Policy (Attachment C) have been reviewed
by the PlymouW Housing and Redevelopment Authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T ERMY RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMffif AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MDMESOTA, that it
should and hereby does approve the Admissions and Occupancy Policies including a Pet Policy
and Secauity Deposit Policy as dated January 12, 1994.
FURT 1M that such Policies are to go into effect immediately; however, may be subject to
change by action of the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority after pwper notice at
a regularly scheduled meeting.
Adopted by the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority on February 15, 1994.
